ARTECO Group has recently completed the delivery of a comprehensive turnkey solution for a large-scale cold storage facility owned by a renowned life services company in Saudi Arabia. Acting as the specialized implementation platform within its group for industrial refrigeration, ARTECO provided full-scope services for this 4,000-square-meter high-standard cold storage project, encompassing the refrigeration system, insulated cold room panels, and integrated construction. This project fully demonstrates ARTECO's exceptional capability to deliver rapid and reliable cold chain solutions in complex climatic environments.

Faced with a tight overall schedule of 60 days, including only 15 days for on-site construction, ARTECO leveraged its advantages in modularization, prefabrication technologies, and an agile project management system to develop a detailed parallel execution plan. The project utilizes 100mm thick PIR (Polyisocyanurate) high-efficiency fire-resistant cold room panels, which provide an excellent thermal insulation barrier and fire-retardant properties, ensuring a stable internal environment. The core refrigeration system is equipped with energy-efficient Bitzer condensing units, guaranteeing continuous and stable operation even under Saudi Arabia's high-temperature conditions, effectively safeguarding the client's storage quality and operational economy.

The project has now entered the final commissioning phase. To ensure timely progress, ARTECO deployed additional technical and construction teams on-site, coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously to efficiently advance the closing work. System commissioning commenced as scheduled on the 15th of this month.
